The Process is simple: 
  1. Sign up for 1-on-1 coaching, we'll enroll you in our software platform and email you an invitation to join a training space.
  2. Download the software from the email invitation to your phone, tablet or ipad.
  3. Post a video and we'll take care of the rest. The program operates similarly to Facebook, except its just between you and your coach/coaches. So soon as your critique is complete, you'll receive a notice. Plus, your coach always has access to your page. He or she can post tips, suggestions, follow-up with you.
